Wrist/Ankle Weights Contoured foam wrap-around weights feature individual metal weights that can be inserted or removed to allow a broad range of adjustments for graded exercise programs. Comfortably conform to wrists or ankles. The ankle weights are designed to permit full plantar flexion and dorsiflexion. Both the wrist and ankle weights are offered in 2 lb. pediatric version for children and they are adjusted in smaller increments: (from 1/6 lb. to 2 lb. in 1/6 lb. increments.) Not sold in pairs.
